Prior mentioning the significance of understanding the historical origins of national industrial relations systems, it is required mentioning that industrial relations as a field of study that examines the regulations involved in the employment relationships. There are times, when the employment relationship can be completely conflictive and precisely when there is the opposition between the needs as well as the interests of two parties (Walsh, 2017). It is thus essential to understand the historical origins of national industrial relations system as different foreign markets and origins have different systems.
